Meet & Greet the Coalition’s Endorsed Candidates
On Friday, 24 January, the Coalition held a Meet & Greet event for the endorsed candidates at the home of Seda Khachaturian in Northwest Glendale. The attendance was approximately twenty five people including the endorsed candidates.

Pizza and wine/soft drinks were served while the attendants mingled and chatted prior to a more formal introduction and presentation by the candidates. Many good questions were asked and answered during the formal presentations and was then followed by a casual interaction and chat.
Paula Devine was presented as a Council Member who always responds to email and other questions from the public. And, it was pointed out that she is often the maverick vote opposing her four male peers on the Council in favor of the public and fiscal responsibility. ( Vote Devine 2020 )
Ardy Kassakhian was an excellent presenter pointing out that he has been the Elected City Clerk for 14 years, and thanks to his position and involvement in City affairs knows the city’s problems, weakness, advantages and strengths which he plans to use to make the City a better place to live with a staff more responsive to the public needs.
Susan Wolfson stated she has been a CPA for 28 years, has worked for the City of La Canada Flintridge for 6 years in an accounting position and after researching the Glendale Budgets, feels the City needs someone in City Council with financial experience. She also has a Masters Degree in Environmental Health and looks forward to taking on the quality of life in Glendale. ( SusanWolfsonForGlendale2020.com )
